I am utterly disappointed and

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted that I had no response from anyone in the company. I did not receive my package and nothing was done about it ...no follow up customer care..nothing!! I would like my money refunded this is not acceptable by any standard. Please fix this immediately...

Happy with the product however

Happy with the product however the website is misleading. The web address is .co.nz and the page says based out of NZ but It was shipped from Australia and took nearly a month. I would have been ok (or at least better) with that if anyone I spoke to acknowledged that this was perhaps inappropriate - but they did not see It as an issue. I wanted this product with some urgency and ended up have to buy local while I waited for my order to arrive.

I ordered a product from

I ordered a product from Lux as I couldn't get it from my usual supplier ( They had it listed as out of stock, please preorder) Lux had it advertised without saying they didn't actually have any in stock, and when I questioned where my order was they only then told me they were waiting for it to come in from their suppliers!! I ordered this on the 5th of January, and it is now the 9th of February and still no order and I'm getting emails asking how was my experience shopping with Lux!!! Fair to say its not good. You should have been straight up that you didn't actually have the product in stock!
