This order took nearly a month to arrive and I had zero communication about the delays. I had to keep emailing them to find out where my order was and was given numerous different reasons why it was so late. Then the replies ceased altogether. Shocking service. Would definitely not recommend

very bad serivice, items ordered 1 month ago, still not received, sent email and no reply .

After placing my order I heard nothing for over a week. After emailing to find out where my order was I was told it hadn't been sent yet because they wanted to confirm my address, yet they had not emailed me to do this. The address given was not even close to the address I had provided (and on the original order confirmation email). When I gave my address again I didn't even get an email response back,just a post tracking email a few days later. I understand things can go wrong but to not even acknowledge this or apologise is awful.
