It was horrible. Product didn't arrive. Spent $240 on the product got sent on a normal package. No communication what so ever. Had to go through Paypal to get my money back. Don't ever deal with this company

Had a mishap with shipment , got my package after 1.5 months since ordering and multiple follow ups . Team was not responsive enough - was a stressful experience

I ordered 318.40 NZD worth of products via New Zealand website of luxhair , order number : 1961 . Order was placed on 15th of January, Order is still not received and today is 24th Feb. After mutiple follow up emails and calls , just got the right tracking number and came to know package is in NZ , however NZ post is yet to deliver .

I don't receive yet. Please check that.
