Slow delivery

I usually receive my order in a week or so. It will not arrive until 11/4 around 11:00pm. !!! I’m disappointed and cannot try the products and order more during the sale.

Can't give a review on the products because I still don't have them! My estimated delivery will be 3 weeks after I ordered. ($ was taken on the day I ordered though. ) Didn't realize I'd have to order a month ahead so I didn't run out of product. Customer service also didn't answer a question that I submitted. Bad shipping and customer service.

I’m still waiting to receive my package. No updated information on the delivery date.
