A little slow

I already submitted my review as requested and I never got an email with the 15% off coupon it said I would get for doing the review

The AHA/BHA exfoliating cleanser is very good: just the right amount of beads to help exfoliate gently and a pleasant fragrance. I was not as impressed with the Limu facial cleanser; I prefer something that foams more and the smell is actually unpleasant.

The products were what I ordered and the prices are competitive, but it took way too long to arrive! Used to be much quicker. They also used to send a little sample product and a thank you note with each order, which I did not receive this time. Maybe leadership has changed recently, but it was not the same experience I have had for many years before.
