Horrible experience

I was never given my tracking information. I had to reach out to you guys and ask what the issue was. I should have been told what the issue was a soon as possible. I missed out on multiple clients because I didn’t have my products. I ordered them with enough time for them to get here a few days before I needed them. but since I wasn’t told there was issues with shipping, I thought I would be fine. They ended up getting here a week after I needed them. I lost two clients because of this. I should have been told about the issue with shipping right when you guys knew about it. So I could have told my clients what was going on. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again,

They charge for shipping and

They charge for shipping and don’t send it out on time and don’t even communicate that they have issues with their shipping app. They just let your package sit there for a week.

Very upsetting

There was problems with the shipping that I was never notified about. I was the one who had to reach out to you guys asking for my tracking information. My order was late getting to me. I had to cancel three clients because my products didn’t get here on time even though I ordered them way in advance.
