I am 60 and have a lot of white heads, some blackheads. All over my face. My pores are very large. Are there other products you would recommend?

The pump doesn't work. Makes a bit of a mess when you have to unscrew the top to get the cleanser out.

I am a first time buyer and I received a bottle where the pump did not work

It was slow coming and my bottle of 4D+Hyaluronic Serum was less than 1/2 full. With the price of this product I would think it will be fuller than that unless that was a product mishap in which case I will order from your company again.

Ordered July 11, wasn't even shipped until I complained. Then finally received August 3. Product itself is terrible, dries my skin and has a lingering detergent-like scent. And finally, for the size of product, it's overpriced. The only positive? It's in a squeeze bottle and not a jar, so less likely to lose potency or get contaminated.
