LUXE Bidet - WooCommerce

Customer service was caring and attentive to my problem. They most generously sent me a replacement for my LUXE Bidet that had a problem. This is my 4th LUXE Bidet and I have installed them in both bathrooms. I have upgraded my purchases and have been very pleased with the upgraded Neo 180.

It's hard to believe how good the customer service is for a bidet company, but Luxe has been astonishingly good in the years that followed my initial purchase. They have offered replacement and enhancement parts at no cost, plus bonus offers that amount to a free upgrade. This review was not required for any of their generosity, but they deserve some positive recognition.

This is our second Luxe Bidet and we love them both!! Have had the first one with no problem running it for the last 4 years or more and just added our second. Love the feminine wash setting on the new model! Highly recommend!!

Works as described and is simple and effective
