LUXE Bidet - WooCommerce

We have bought several bidets from Luxe and will continue to so. Good products that easy to install and use. We also use their Whiff product, which works very well. I've received several free bottles and have passed them on to friends.

I have personally ordered three Luxe Bidets and am totally happy with them and have recommended them to many family members and friends. It was simple to hook up and even easier to use! I do wish you had bumpers available that would fit seats that are not solid (i.e. Kohler Purefresh seat) I have also gotten the Luxe Whift Spray in the lemon scent and loved it so much, I ordered the large size. I keep one in my Springdale Travel Trailer because it's a small bathroom with a holding tank that sometimes can be a little overwhelming during hot weather, no matter how careful we are to clean! It works so well!! I like the fresh clean scent and it doesn't mess with my allergies. What I'm curious to try next is the comfort footstool. I have a long and narrow room with my toilet facing my bathtub so I worry about there being enough room for it, therefore, I hesitate the investment. It's something that might be handy in the travel trailer, too.

Customer service is great. Even though my original purchase was from Amazon, the splash guard ended up breaking off, so I used their website to get into touch with customer service and they shipped me a replacement right away. Price is really good for the product. It’s really changed my bathroom experience, couldn’t imagine going on without one.

I was really surprised to receive an email from Luxe offering me a free bidet for trying their Whift toilet drops. I was even more surprised when the offer included the bidets that have both hot and cold water options. While I LOVE our original Neo 185 bidet, it does get a little cold, especially in the winter. So all in all, I'm absolutely thrilled all around. The Whift drops work really well, and we have a new bidet for our bathroom that will make everything even more comfortable than it already was. Customer service is great, products are great, what more could you ask for?
