I don't know how I ever lived without this product! It was super fast and easy to install. It leaves you and absolutely clean and fresh feeling, and I personally feel it's sanitary as well! I have cut the use of toliet paper tremendously! I have GI issues, and a bidet is what my doctor at Digestive Diseases Clinic recommended. The BEST part is, it's extremely affordable - a steal really - when it comes to comfort, ease of use, etc.

Rahul was a great help with excellent service and got all my questions answered in a timely manner.

We bought one of these bidets nearly two years ago. We loved it (like a lot!), recommended it to others, but it sprung a leak. We let LUXE know, and they immediately sent a replacement bidet at zero cost to us. That is great service, and we're so happy to have a new, functioning one.

Great bidet - looks simple but gets the job thoroughly done! I used to have the Neo120 but this one is better in many ways. The material (i.e. T-adapter) is metal this time. Makes this so much easier when installing and confident that you won't break anything. The lift up handle is great as well!
