All I can say that my husband had no issue installing LUXE Bidet. Before we bought LUXE Bidet, we bought a bidet from Costco. It was very complicated and water still leaked and had to return it. We recommended our friends about LUXE Bidet and they have one in their bathrooms. It has now become an essential.

Our bidet broke after quite some time. We contacted the company and they were more than accommodating. Within 10 days, we had a new bidet - no charge. Customer service was wonderful to work with and we have a 2 yr extended warranty on our new one. Thank you!
