Item is exactly as described on website. Easy install and works amazingly. Shipped to us quickly. Packaged better than expected.

Great product for the price. It is as good or better than the $400 bidet we had before. The seat bumpers/ spacers should be included though, Just raise the price by $5

Great support - but I air freshener isn’t working as I was expecting - although I use as directed may be you can tell me different way for using it.
