Tried multiple ways of inserting and folding the cup, never felt it opened all the way, even after I tried all the advise on how to open it up whilst inserted. When I actually got my period I tried using it when just at home and it didn’t work at all and just made a huge mess. Honestly cannot figure it out and I’ve given up trying now.

I have recently used this and kept trying to find a good position but it seems like more blood leaked than went in the cup. I have a cheaper one that works better. I was really hoping to love it as I'd heard such good reviews. I will persist with it and hope it works better next time.

Despite the recommendations on your website the model 2 Cup is way too big! I am 33 and have two children with very heavy flow so bought the model 2 as your site advises. It was too long even with the stem trimmed and too wide inside. It pushed on my bladder and it felt like I had to pee. I could only wear it for 5 minutes. I'm very disappointed as I wanted to stop using tampons. I hope you change your website as I didn't have the money to try different sizes or brands anc could only afford one
