Lunette AU

The product itself is great, but the delivery service Lunette provided is the worst I ever had. Your company didn't give me any tracking number, so I had no clue when the parcel would come. I ended up having to collect the parcel myself by bus somewhere 30 km away, and had to walk a 30 minute distance. I'd rather pay my shipping than receiving this kind of terrible shipping service.

I have only tried to use it once so far, and was in excruciating pain trying to remove it. Will give it another shot when I am feeling brave

I have had issues with the cup in terms of leaking and other problems, and the cloth pads are impractical. I do not have confidence in the cup so have unfortunately gone back to disposable products. Even if another size would be more suitable, they are too expensive to simply 'try' a different one. Disappointed.

The cup I bought leaks every time I use it, no matter how many times I try to reinsert it (regardless of the flow of my period). I love the concept of the cup, but I'm very frustrated with the continual failures. I would be a huge fan it didn't leak. I have also bought both sizes, but this hasn't helped.
