This clamp is amazing and effective. I can't tell I am wearing it most of the time. Easily adjustable to find the most comfortable yet effective pressure to stop the leak. I love it!

Your other clamps are good, but the Bell Clamp is not what I had hoped it would be.

It works well when I'm sitting, standing or laying down. I have had problems when I am performing strenuous activities such as bending over to lift heavy objects, splitting logs, moving heavy objects, etc. . .
