Shipping took to long, no updates

Long ordering and script confirmation process. Contacts arrived very late two shipments different days. Will go with another option next time

Stop sending me emails when you know I just ordered lenses and don't need any.

Had a few issues. Ordered 5 boxes. Got 3 delivered. One was the wrong box of lenses. I called and told them that I was missing 2 boxes and one was the wrong strength. Was told correct one would be sent soon and I would get a discount coupon for future purchase-never got it. Did get correct strength lenses. No communication about the 2 missing boxes from the company-I had to call or write. They eventually got here, communication and customer service is lacking.

Delivery is slow. It took longer than expected to arrive. The return process is not smooth. The return shipping fee is expensive.
