Always get great delivery in a timely manner

One huge complaint i have, to the point that I have considered ordering from someone else is that, each time I need to place an order, I have to search for the brand, the type of lens, and type in prescription specs from scratch, each and every time. Given prescription is good for a year, there should be a single button to click to Refill the order, either from the previous order receipt, or from a log-in screen dashboard of sorts.

Shipping took to long, no updates

Long ordering and script confirmation process. Contacts arrived very late two shipments different days. Will go with another option next time
