Review could be more user friendly for your customers to complete

The KPS essential products I have tried thus far have been amazing for transforming my skin. I also love the glass bottles and high quality pumps and caps on the bottles that work so well and fit like a glove. In addition, all of the KPS team members I've spoken with have been very kind and helpful. The only area I've felt a bit frustrated with is shopping online. I'm still getting acquainted with the way products are categorized as Nourish or Treat. It's difficult to view and compare products side by side.... Very happy with KPS other than some frustrations online.

I have been using KPS for years! I think these are top notch products that leave my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and looking as good as possible. My one suggestion would be with some of the lotions and the brightening cream cleanser, so much of the product gets "stuck" inside the bottle with no way to get it out. Because these products are so pricey, I am literally throwing away a good amount of these bottles with product still stuck inside. I think this is an issue that needs to be remedied immediately so customers can use all of the product!

Great shipping , just not happy with the new packaging. I’ve had two pumps that didn’t work. Frustrating.
