Greta product! Rewards program could be improved. Would love to see the rewards program work in combination with other promotional offers. Right now the website only allows you to apply 1 promo code per transaction so you aren’t able to use rewards when there is a discount going on.

Great products but in applying for a $100 credit using my points (I had 1072), I thought the credit would be applied at check out. It was not. I immediately sent an email to customer service. I later found the credit code was in my spam column. I was told that I should approve KPS as a verified email. I use Hotmail and no matter how many hundreds of times I mark emails from companies I do business with and friend's email as legit emails, they go into my spam box. (One of the reasons I dislike Hotmail). So sadly, I ended up paying full price. I'm done...I'll find other products to use.
