I found the website a little confusing to navigate, and being from the UK i find it difficult to find the products I want - like the full selection of products isn't available?

I was very happy with the products and swift delivery. I am still trying to resolve a problem with the price I paid. I assumed that the price on the website included VAT as it was the same price as other U.K. suppliers of Korres were charging . However , at checkout a further 20% was added . Also , my invoice was in US $ not U.K. £ , which would suggest that the invoicing system is designed for the US market where sales tax would be added to the price shown. As things stand I have been overcharged by £25.

Lovely products. White pine deep wrinkle serum and white pine meno- reverse are an absolute pleasure to use and have definitely made a difference. The yoghurt cleanser is very pleasant but it does tend to make my skin feel dry and rough. The shipping to the UK took a very long time with no communication. Did not realise it was coming from USA.

The order was meant to come with a free sample-it didn’t and they said they couldn’t do anything about it I wasn’t happy with that service

I recently bought the Krocus elixir, but it must have been slightly damaged in transit as approx 1/4 had leaked out into the box. I didnt even notice until I finished the old bottle and opened the box (which only looked slightly creased in one side of the box). I didn't mention as its a palaver and majority of the product was still in the bottle, however now you asked for feedback, though i wouldn't waste the opportunity.
