It’s really hard to find fragrance in the website.

I can't fault the shipping which is quick & well packed. But the 'special offers' are limited to only the few products Korres wish to sell & of course they then add on the Tax which takes the overall cost to almost what the retail price would be anyway. Because of this I usually change my mind about purchasing at checkout.

Service was great but find it very difficult to get any serum out of bottle. Also I feel there will be product stuck inside as no way of getting any out with fingers, which is a waste for an expensive product.

Not impressed with the Passport to Greece set. It was supposed to be gift but too little for the price. I can't use the pump for the deep wrinkle concentrate. The product seems good, when I manage to get it from the bottle.

Lovely product / awful customer service. Your website didn’t feel safe to me as there was no way to contact you from the UK. Product arrived after 3 weeks! Love the products but will buy from somewhere else sadly.
