Products are nice but packaging is fiddly. I imagine I won’t be able to get all the product out. I bought White Pine serum with a heavy pipette and Gold crocus serum - very narrow pipette also. White pine moisturiser is very lovely. Not finished yet so jury’s out on repurchase...

The website could use a bit more work as I found it a tad confusing. However I found what I needed and it arrived right on time with no issues.

My one disappointment is your website. I find it very hard to navigate and it seems that often I can't find information on what I am looking for. Yesterday I ended up ordering the goods directly from Amazon due to this.
