Products are amazing quality - very gentle on the skin and I love them but I will have to find a different way to buy them in future as I won’t by from their website again. Sadly, customer service and delivery were awful and there was no communication from them regarding delays. I received my products almost 20 days after ordering. There is no way of contacting anyone unless you call the US. Hard to navigate website to find contact details. Overall I didn’t enjoy shopping with you.

Very satisfied with my purchases as I love the ethos of Korres products. However I made a recent return but have not heard back yet.

I adore the product however there was far too much packing with yards of bubble wrap and a box three times bigger than needed. It was easy to order on that occasion but I received an offer of 25% off and the code was constantly rejected. I bought the product elsewhere and was given a 25% discount as a new customer but would have supported Korres if I could. Shipping was on the slow side compared to others but as it’s free I shouldn’t complain.

The service was efficient and speedy, and the delivery was swift. My only issue is with the assortment of products available, which is completely scaled down to a bare minimum - particularly the body and shower collection. Out of many a dozen various shower gels and body creams, website offers merely a few, which is a bit... meh.

The product arrived in good time and the packaging is simple but still feels luxe (I like a matte finish!). I like the cleanser which smells great and foams up into a nice rich lather. It does sting my eyes a little though. I got 40% which makes it a great price although I am not sure I would purchase again at full price given all the other great options out there for less.
