Though Michelle from Customer Services was most helpful, this was my worst online shopping experience! The products never arrived as they never left Korres office though the tracking showed it did, according to DHL, the courier company.

Very disappointed
My order never arrived and when I contacted customer service they sent me a replacement order but that one never arrived as well. I was told another replacement is being sent so waiting to see if that ever arrives. Very disappointed.

Never received my order!
I had been tracking my package daily for three weeks since it was shipped, and it was stuck on the "in transit" status. And then one day I did the tracking again and suddenly the tracking number was no longer valid. I did not receive any delivery notification, nor did I receive a door tag to pick up a package either. It has been nearly a month and I still don't have my stuff. I emailed customer service two days ago and have yet to receive a response. I am not happy, and I am hoping this would get rectified soon.
