Package not delivered after a month

I placed a couple of orders and I’m all happy about the products I received. But!!! There’s an order I placed on October 4 and it is still not delivered to me. The shipping information says it was delivered but to a wrong address. I tried to call customer service several times but nobody was there. Finally a lady picked up the phone last week and told me they would ship the package to me ASAP and I would receive the shipping information soon. But until now I haven’t received either the package or the shipping information. This is quite disappointing. I SINCERELY hope you can solve this issue soon before you lose a customer.

I have my order on

I have my order on Oct. 9th and I haven’t received my package yet for almost a month passed. I also can’t track it any more. I e-mail the customer service and hopefully they can get back to me soon.

Missing package

My order did not arrive, I lost the tracking and now Korres has to send me a new package. I ordered and was charged on Oct 7 and I still do not have my package, and now have to wait who knows how long to get my package. I love Korres products and did not anticipate this, I would be really wary of ordering again direct from Korres.

I never received the items

I never received the items as they are lost according to DHL and customer service has yet to refund me my money. It has been over a month.
