I never received the item I ordered.

Terrible

The shipment arrived like a mess. The agent responded that I will get a new one. Although I have already send my packing slip for a week, no one responded until I sent the fourth email. The agent just immediately refund and give me a 20% off discount code for instant. I feel humiliated. Why the agent didn’t respond for a week and suddenly he can solve the problem?

Never received my order

I placed my order 5 weeks ago and it was shipped within a few days. I followed the tracking via the DHL website and after a couple of weeks, the package disappeared. I have contacted Korres several times regarding this and never received a response. I am very frustrated and disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Still waiting to response to y email from days ago to return items. Your pricing is much higher than retail.

Website was easy to use,

Website was easy to use, but shipping was a terrible experience. I ordered on the Canadian website, on November 24, and the order did not even 'ship' for 15 days and it shipped from the USA. 22 days after ordering is still was not in Canada. Finally arrived on Dec 18. I understand shipping has been difficult lately, but that was dissappointing
