Good as your products are,

Good as your products are, I have no intention of reordering. Your website has not worked for me resulting in long complicated dialogues with sales people and wrong orders. It has not been a pleasant experience. In addition, your products are expensive in Canadian $ despite the discounts. Shopping was much easier when you were available at Sephora or other retailers.

My order took a month

My order took a month to arrive. And when it did arrive, I didn’t even receive my free sample that was supposed to be included in my order. Very disappointed with this and won’t be ordering directly from the website again.

My main issue was the

My main issue was the bad customer service I got at the start. My order was delayed, with COVID understandably so, but I couldn’t get hold of a person to help me with it. And then, when it finally got to my location, for some reason the order got shipped back to the shipper without even being a missed delivery. Overall it has been one month since I ordered and now for the second time my order has been shipped and waiting for delivery.

I am new to Korres;

I am new to Korres; I was directed to the website (.com) but at check out was redirected to .ca because I was told that .com does not ship to Canada. When I made my purchase, was charged for shipping, handling and custom. I have my issues with this, but the shipping method chosen by Korres still charged me for shipping; I was also charged again for customs and duties; I decided to continue with the process because I wanted to see if your products would help with my hyperpigmentation, only to have the products come to my door and was charged a whopping $72 plus. I was not pleased and when I contacted Korres, I was basically left to deal with the problem myself. So, your customer service sucks!! Your treatment of Canadian customers sucks!! because Korres basically removes the benefits of rewards enjoyed by the Americans, you say you don't ship to Canada, but buying form the .ca site still have the items being shipped to Canada which is disingenuous. So overall, my experience with Korres has not been nice.
