My first experience with your products was the Anti wrinkle and firming eye cream. The cream itself was luxurious and the container compact. You no longer carry that so I had to purchase the super serum. I am not as impressed with this product and do not like the container shape and size This product is ok

The assortment of products you offer seems limited. The shipping fees are high.

Online shopping was not as easy as other sites and the option for a free sample was not available when placing final order. Korres was emailed with order number and sample requested but I was notified it was too late. The order arrived from States rather than Canada and was incomplete. Two items were ordered but just one item arrived. There was no packing slip sent at all or explanation in pkgs or email sent as to why there was just one product. The pkg did arrive more quickly than I expected, so kudos to DHL shipping. Customer service replies were prompt but language was misleading. The phrase “send you a new one, on us” led me to believe there would be a discount or complimentary product. Instead, I received the product I had already paid for, several days late. Also, to say that Korres is paying for second shipment rather than charging me is inappropriate. I did not make the mistake, and the items as originally ordered were under free shipping. Overall, there were too many emails from Customer service and succinctness would be appreciated. I will not be ordering from the Korres.com website again, but will order through TSC site because I do like the products.

Products are good quality but shipping speed is too slow!

It took too long to receive my order. I ordered from Korres.ca but my shipment came from New Jersey. If my products are coming from the US why can’t I order from Korres.com where there is a greater selection of products?
