Ok, again received not the Botox that I ordered ( delivery is fast, packaging is ok

I received my order on Friday, March 28th. I was disappointed to see that my Deep Hydrating immask Has an expiry date of October 2025 and it was produced in October 2022. I expect to use my product for a few years and do not plan on throwing it out in October. I kindly asked that they send a replacement with an expiry date three years from now so that I can use it as intended; however, I have not received a reply. I don’t believe it’s fair to receive a product that has been produced over two years ago.

Os produtos vieram abertos e a nao na quantidade indicada pela embalagem. De resto "envio e rapidez" foi super bom

No label/packaging on bottle, not even sure if is the cacau reconstraction treatment

What I received is not exactly what I ordered and because the products come from Brazil (despite me ordering on keratinbeauty. eu) I had to pay 25€ of custom duty (for 45€ of products), very disappointed!
