Had email with tracking number,then next day had email saying they had refunded 🤷

I asked for the smoothing treatment received the mascara product they said it was the same it is not the same I’ve used the product for years not happy

Sono passati 20 giorni dall’acquisto e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta , pessimi . Per avere una risposta ci vuole 1 settimana . Vergogna .
