I did not receive the order

I never received my order and despite emailing support multiple times, I have still heard nothing and have not received a refund or any update about what happened ro my order

Had email with tracking number,then next day had email saying they had refunded 🤷

I asked for the smoothing treatment received the mascara product they said it was the same it is not the same I’ve used the product for years not happy

Los productos estaban alterados y no me ha dejado resultado que quería. Ya he utilizado anteriormente este producto por lo que sé el resultado y el olor de los productos, pero estoy decepcionada con lo que he recibido.
