Stop sending auto ship without advance notice

I would really appreciate it if you would give advance notice prior to processing auto shipments. I have too much product at home and don't want to have additional supplies . Most auto ship items from other companies will let you cancel or keep the the auto ship schedule. I have tried to cancel in the past but to no avail. The product is good but your customer service needs work.

Recent Order that I did Not Request

Hi, I did not request this reorder as I already have a unopened bottle of Ristela. Now, I have 2 bottles. Please DO NOT send another bottle until I use these up (months). Thank you. Take me off the auto reorder program

Poor Service

When shipping product you always wait until the last minute and I end up running out of product before the next shipment arrives.
