Order processing

It would be extremely helpful to receive an email a week prior to my order being processed in the event I need to make changes. Getting an email after the fact is not helpful

You are sending me orders without my ok . I m still using 2 orders . I don’t need another one sent . Please take off my charge. And do not send.

No email reminder before credit charge

Should send a email reminder BEFORE credit charge to allow application of bonus points. A simple courtesy that would go a long way with customers.

Don't subscribe

I was not even notified that my order was being processed and now I have to wait until it comes to return it and I will have to pay for the return. Not great. Even my dog food subscription let's me know before it's processed. Not great.
