Hello Bonafide

I love the Bonafide website! It it packed with not only a great, wide variety of women’s health products, but also tons of excellent educational content for basically everything that effects women’s health. They offer single, one time purchase options and monthly subscription packages, to make purchases very convenient for you. I give them a 10/10!

It would be helpful to get a forewarning of an upcoming subscription refill so that Bonus Club points can be redeemed for the purchase.

The website is informative and shipping is fast. My concern is that it is not easy to look at my account and change my current order. There is no easy way to do that on the website that I can find. I would like to be able to do it in one of the emails I receive from Bonafide. But there is no way to do it.

I would really appreciate it if you would give advance notice prior to processing auto shipments. I have too much product at home and don't want to have additional supplies . Most auto ship items from other companies will let you cancel or keep the the auto ship schedule. I have tried to cancel in the past but to no avail. The product is good but your customer service needs work.

Hi, I did not request this reorder as I already have a unopened bottle of Ristela. Now, I have 2 bottles. Please DO NOT send another bottle until I use these up (months). Thank you. Take me off the auto reorder program
