I had sent in a query about your Amazing Base (Radiant) and the fact that it didn’t seem to be available anywhere. I have used it for decades and was concerned it was being discontinued. I received a prompt response from your Customer Service group, reassurance that it was only temporarily unavailable as it was being re-packaged, and that they would inform me when it was available again. Then they asked if I would like some samples to tide me over until it was available. These were sent promptly AND with a lovely note. Wonderful customer service! Thank you!
