Everything about jane iredale has been great. The shipping was next day, and the presentation of the product was absolutely beautiful. (I wish I had taken a picture, but I was too excited to get my hands on the product!) I love the blush I received. Being able to "trial" the blush on the website enabled me to purchase the correct shade for my skin tone!

I like the fact that you can speak to a makeup expert and get small samples of the different colours of the foundation to make sure to match your skin tone. Also other small sample of the primer convinces me to purchase the primer. It is so good. Lastly, if something is out of stock you will be notified when it comes in if you ask them to notify you.
