The cleanser smalls lovely and is very light and gentle. It leaves my skin calm and soft.

The hibiscus night cream is a luxurious thick night cream. In par with the thickness of la mer. Trying the day cream now. Only niggle is that the bottles looks the same so I can’t quickly distinguish between the two. Maybe make the packaging slightly different. Products are great though. Also come up highly on the Yuka app. Fab Shipping is good and no gripes with packaging

Customer Service is generally good but I had to pay for a full size serum which was apparently according to an email even though the My Subscriptions sections had nothing due. Even a refill version would have been better because it's wasted plastic / packaging
