I am giving 3 stars because I personally think a product range with so much hype and with a huge price tag, ought to deliver the same level of service behind-the-scenes. Before parting with a huge sum of money for two products, I asked for advice. It took someone two weeks to respond with a very basic email, by which time I had already purchased as I needed a serum. And the advice was, well, not really advice. Shame.

I wouldn’t say I have noticed a massive difference and when pressing the serum dispenser for the serum to come out it squirts out quite aggressively and can end up all over if you don’t catch it quickly. The actual serum consistency is nice but I won’t buy again.

Bought via ebay, so no idea about shipping etc.,
