I received this product automatically. I DID NOT order it even though I plan to order again. DO NOT put me on an automatic renewal schedule. I will renew on MY SCHEDULE. If this occurs again I will discontinue ordering from you.

Customer Service is excellent! I do wish the supply of filters were in stock consistently. When you are out, it seems the dearth is long. I would also like to be notified when a particular item is restocked.

Works great! Filters quickly and it’s easy to set up and use. I just wish it would pour out faster. Takes a while to fill up our glasses, bottles, kettles and pots.
