Works great! Filters quickly and it’s easy to set up and use. I just wish it would pour out faster. Takes a while to fill up our glasses, bottles, kettles and pots.

How do you tell if the new added filter is working?

Company uses Amazon's for shipping. After a several day delay in status from the tracking, I was informed that my package was lost. Called up customer service and they express shipped a new item. I have been using invigorated water products for a few years now and think the products are a good way to make my water more alkaline.

Delivery was relatively swift.

Quick and easy, but I thought I was getting the regular metallic pitcher filters. Instead, I received the portable ones. I may have made a mistake when ordering. I just used the 3 small ones in the pitcher together.
