I received the order very quickly and was able to get started with the simple instructions and high quality build of the products. Not sure where this company has been, but the mainstream water filter companies need to up their game to meet the high standards Invigorated Water has set. With filter changes once per year, the system is a great value for a great price which doesn't even account for the health benefits of the filtration and addition of essential minerals from the PH001 multi-stage filter and the added UltraFiltration technology to remove particles as minuscule as 0.01 micron using the PH002 UF Membrane Filter.
