Our first glass filter pitcher arrived with a broken bottom. We hadn't opened the box right away (about a few weeks after it arrived) as we were waiting until the filters needed to be changed on the water tower we HAD been using. Invigorated Water replaced the pitcher, immediately sending a replacement out. Actually hadn't expected that, so were very pleased as the pitcher wasn't exactly a budget item. Thank you!
