I was keen to purchase in bulk for the first time but when my bottles arrived in a refrigerate labelled box but the gel ice pack wasn’t cool and neither were my bottles I just hope I haven’t wasted money on probiotics that’s aren’t effective 😬

Incomplete order. Followed up a few times and took extra week for got the products delivered. I am still waiting for the tax invoice/receipts.

Address was a parcel locker which I found out after 10 days as item was returned to depot spoke to a nice lady who explained they don’t deliver to parcel lockers ,bad customer service

Watch out people, once you have put your email address in the SHOP checkout, you are signed up to the Shopify App which somehow has your cards already listed and your money disappears before you have filled out the form. I have since complained to Shopify and have removed myself from their App.

I haven't been taking the product enough to see a difference yet, but I would not re order anyway because the delivery service was terrible.
