Good products; however, unfortunately, the company does not reply to support emails. I enquired about using two of their products simultaneously, and they never replied.

Items were not kept cold on delivery
Received my order only to find 2 of 3 items warm from the commute therefore making me think the items will be spoilt and should t be used.
I emailed inner health about the situation but have heard nothing in return.

Service needs improvement.
It's been almost a month since I placed my order and I haven't received it or any notifications. Tracking number won't get recognised when I search for the delivery status of the item. I emailed Inner Health two days ago attempting to find out the reason for the delay and still haven't received a response.

Terrible Delivery service for refrigerated Probiotics
All the medication that was meant to be stored and delivered COLD , was left outside in melted ice pack on a hot day ! Now I am not sure if all that expensive Probiotics are even useable or safe to take . Waste of $100 or so
