Team Global Express took 3 weeks to deliver due to no authority to leave possible and drivers incapable of finding the front door. Won't be buying direct again

No product was delivered

We had never received this order and was realised it was dropped off at wrong address even though the full delivery address was provided correctly and the delivery person was just too lazily to deliver it to the door instead o dropping it off at so called “ one stop shop” disappointed purchase experience and good was returned and haven’t receive the refund neither.

I ordered another round of inner health to-be refrigerated probiotic plus some for travel and my item arrived in a steaming hot box with melted ice packet. I called on 18/12 and was advised it was collected on 15/12 and supposed to refrigerated prior to delivery. It clearly hadn’t been! The lady then told me she would look into and come back to me within 24 hours, with a view to sending a replacement item. Still waiting for further communication. First order experience was good but this was not and I’ll be searching for an alternative.

Ordered two IBS probiotic and one probiotic with iron, but only received the latter. The IBS ones were refunded without any reason given or an option to wait until stock becomes available (if it had been stock issues)
