I was told I could not get a replacement because it was out of stock and then once I proved it was, the person backtracked and offered a small rebate that addressed nothing… I’m not impressed that the box being such a big selling point came damaged and not fixable.

I wish I liked the oil, but I really don't like the smell. And I have to use a lot of it to cover all of my long hair. Can you make another product that has a different smell? My hair did not have the shine that I wanted. Maybe I need to use the oil a few more times before I can see the shine.

Service- not happy with the packaging of the products and my comb in the ritual box was broken

Hasn't broken me out, but also doesn't seem to be fading any sunspots or scars. Disappointed.

Received product with strong smokey smell and product itself with cloudy consistency.
