Didn’t suite my hair

I purchased your products 3 days before you announced a MDW sale. I emailed customer service to ask if you could do a price adjustment since I purchased it so close to the sale. Customer Service denied the ask and didn't give me a very customer centric feeling of the company itself. Typically companies have a 14 day period where they can honor sales and while I know it's not expected, honoring that would have made me feel like Indewild is a customer focused brand working to build lifelong relationships with their clients. A plain "no" just didn't feel great. Thanks for asking!

I tried this Vit C serum because it was recommended by many deems. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed by the poor packaging. A since glass vile with a Doppler that doesn’t keep the product airtight. My Vit C is dark orange, I’m not sure if that’s due to oxidation but I’m suspicious. The serum itself is VERY liquify - nothing gel like about it. It will run right off your face. That and the packaging, I won’t be reordering. I also can’t say I’m blown away by the product, in fact, it burns a smidge upon application - but that can be a personal problem not an encompassing one.
