My skin started flaking after using the vitamin C serum.

My first bottle of the ser was great and it worked very well on my skin. However, the second order wasn’t as good and I didn’t see any difference on my skin. Not sure what happened

Shipping was bad because it took a very long time to arrive

I received a half empty bottle and was offered 15% off my next purchase. I don’t even want to make another purchase. I suggest you start offering refunds or discounts for faulty products

Great products! Unfortunately not the best customer service. I was delivered an empty box and when asked about a refund or another delivery they were not responsive.
