I tried French Rose twice because I truly loved the color on the box. Not one strand of pink in my hair. So disappointing. I will be saving my money by not buying from this company again.

I asked you to cancel my order that I didn’t even sign up forr to I beg you to cancel any and all subscription

Terrible experience. All I want is a link to change/cancel a subscription and it's impossible to find on your site - I searched and read numerous articles and they contain wrong information. My only option was to use the chatbot who "ran into an issue with canceling" but "would be happy to pass on to the Customer Service team" - and I'm supposed to trust that? No thanks.

Customer service SUCKS!! Items never received!!
