I love all of your conditioners - expensive, good behavior and your moisturizing conditioners. However, your dry shampoos and this root touch up must contain something that does terrible damage to my hair. They make it dry and brittle, and both products have necessitated my cutting my hair to repair it. Do they include alcohol. Also, I have regular Brazilian Blowouts to relax my hair, and these products strip the keratin. My $300 treatment is gone immediately. Back to the drawing board, guys. The two products have a problem.

Horrible ruined my hair made it feel like straw and very dry

Never wanted a subscription. Been trying to unsubscribe for 9 months. Be careful. I now get purple spray nobody would want in there hair. Once every 3 months. Been refunded once. . . Asked to be unsubscribed. . . . Received another one and it pulled another 12. 66 out. BS.

My order was on eternal delay and never received so it definitely hampers reviewing the actual product however, the shipping timeline is horrible
