I did not get one of my products ordered and it is not the first time! I can no longer order from this company! No trust!

The dark blonde shade is way too dark for blondes. It would be fine if you have lighter brown hair. I'm stuck with 4 bottles that don't work for my mid blonde hair. I love IGK products but this one is a no for a blonde
