Sticks from my latest order were completely empty…. no product inside.

Great marketing, but product didn't make any difference with my hair

I used the repair gloss. It smells good and I had hopes for my hair to have shine and perhaps feel softer. I didn’t really see or feel much difference. Perhaps it is my hair?

Color doesn't hold well.

Product was an issue, customer service didn’t make it easy to fix. I tried my luck anyway.
